Worship

Welcome to worship!

We are worshiping in person, at 9:30 am every Sunday.
You can find our bulletin file here.
Our worship services are also available via Live Stream.
For everyone who is attending worship from home, the service will be posted on Sunday at 9:30am, and will be available to view on our YouTube page, on the Live Stream Worship page of our website, and on Facebook.

Nourish your spirit

We have a tradition at First Church of welcoming first-time visitors with a gift. It’s a simple gesture of hospitality that says a lot about who we are as a congregation. We invite you to come and check us out. We promise you will be nourished in by the message, the music, the welcoming congregation, and the gift.

When and where

Sunday morning worship is at 9:30 a.m.
Our services incorporate traditional forms of worship through music, liturgy, scripture, and pastoral reflections crafted to inspire and challenge us.

Where to park

Dayton/Pinckney Ramp (ULI lot)
Take a ticket when you enter. On Sundays only, pick up a free parking voucher at the Welcome Center office to use when leaving the lot.

Street parking is free on Sunday.

Because we have limited parking in our lot, we try to reserve those spaces for first-time visitors and those with limited mobility. The entrance to the church parking lot is on Dayton Street.

Accessibility

  • The church building, Sanctuary, and Fellowship Hall are accessible to wheelchairs. An elevator to classrooms on upper and lower levels is available.
  • There is easy drop-off near the main door and designated accessible parking spots.
  • We also offer a hearing loop for assistive listening and two large display screens. Ushers have large-print bulletins.

Safe Sanctuaries

We are committed to creating a safe and welcoming space for everyone, and we have developed our own Safe Sanctuaries policies. Please take a moment to read them:
