Long-Term Commitments (3-year term, renewable once):

Staff Parish Relations Committee (SPRC) members’s primary responsibilities include providing support and consultation to the pastors and staff.
Trustees supervise and maintain all property belonging to the congregation so that the ministries of the church can be effective.
Finance Committee work includes financial management and transparency, missional budgeting, and caring for financial best practices in the mission and ministry of the church.
Stewardship Committee team members are responsible for developing and implementing the church’s year-long Stewardship program.
Church Council is the administrative decision-making body of the local church.
Nominations and Leadership Development Committee members identify, invites, and develops the lay leadership of the church.
FUMC Foundation Board (4-year term, meeting quarterly) accepts and invests financial gifts from members and friends of First Church.
