Habitat for Humanity Build Days, Mar. 8 & May 10
Easter Sunday Service 9:30am
Easter Sunday April 20, 9:30am, Sanctuary Children are invited to join in the Easter egg hunt on the lawn immediately after worship! Meet Pastor Mallory by the main doors after worship for instructions. In the event of inclement weather we will have the hunt indoors. Please bring a basket or bag.
Palm Sunday Service 9:30am
Festus the donkey will join us Palm Sunday to lead us in parading around the square immediately after worship! This is a fun and meaningful way to proclaim Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem. We can be a reminder to others that Jesus’ message of love is here to seek justice and equity in our world.
UWF Social Action Day
United Women in Faith is sponsoring a Social Action Day on Zoom. There will be 2 dynamic speakers addressing the changes proposed for full inclusion and affirmation of LGBTQ+ in the life and ministry of the United Methodist Church. First UMC will participate in a Habitat for Humanity build day on Saturday, March 8 from 9 am-3pm. This is a multi-generational event.
