On Saturday, June 7, FUMC will be hosting a “Safe Gun Disposal” event in the church’s parking lot.  Rev. Jeff Wild and his “Guns to Gardens” crew will be accepting rifles and guns and breaking them down. The pieces will later be melted and used to make garden tools such as trowels and pick axes which later be offered for sale. The event will be from 9am to Noon. 

Volunteers are still needed.  For questions, or if interested in serving, please contact Carol.
