Our guest is Dr. Melissa A. Rosenkranz from The Center for Healthy Minds. She is the Distinguished Chair in Contemplative Neuroscience and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at UW.  

She will join us for our lunch and share her knowledge of the value of staying connected for our general health and well-being. 

Menu: Sandwiches, including tuna fish, egg salad, pimento cheese, and chicken salad. All on a variety of breads with salad and dessert.  

Donation is accepted rather than a set fee.
