Hope’s Home Ministry 2025 Ministry Impact – Year End Report

Faith made visible through your love and service!!

In 2025, Hope’s Home Ministry continued to show up, not occasionally or seasonally, but consistently. What follows is more than a collection of numbers. These figures point to real people: neighbors who came through our doors, volunteers who returned week after week, and partners who chose to walk alongside us in compassion and care.

2025 at a Glance (Weekly Averages)

  • 108 guests welcomed
  • 184 meals served
  • 131 sandwiches prepared
  • 22 volunteers serving
  • 7 community partners involved

Each week, guests walked into a space they knew they could rely on. No matter the weather, staffing challenges, or unexpected changes, Hope’s Home remained open. That consistency mattered. For many, it offered familiarity, dignity, and a sense of belonging. Meals were prepared and shared with care, not simply to meet a need, but to extend hospitality. Even during weeks when full meals were not possible and sack lunches had to take their place, the heart of the ministry did not change. Nourishment was always offered with respect.

This ministry was sustained by volunteers who did far more than serve food. They listened, remembered names, shared conversations, and created an environment of welcome. Their faithfulness week after week shaped the tone of Hope’s Home, while special moments—such as Serve Boldly weeks or the Christmas Eve gathering with nearly forty volunteers, revealed the depth of community support surrounding this ministry.

Partnerships also played a vital role throughout the year. Working alongside community organizations strengthened the reach and effectiveness of Hope’s Home Ministry and reminded us that lasting impact is never achieved alone. Together, we addressed not only hunger, but also connection, safety, and ongoing support for our neighbors.

Taken together, these numbers tell a clear story. Hope’s Home Ministry is not an occasional outreach—it is a steady, faithful presence. Behind every figure is a moment: a plate handed across a table, a conversation that mattered, a volunteer who showed up, and a partner who chose to walk with us.

As we look back on 2025, we do so with deep gratitude. This ministry exists because of prayer, generosity, and shared commitment. Moving forward, Hope’s Home Ministry will continue to show up—week after week—grounded in faith, strengthened by community, and guided by the belief that every person deserves to be welcomed with dignity and love.

Thank you for making this ministry possible, together.
